My partner and I, over a month ago, ordered a collection from our local store in Portsmouth. We specified a time for pick-up as we were on the road, and we actually arrived ten minutes early. We were told to wait for our order, and so we did. Our order was actually already prepared, and had been sat there whilst we waited going cold. We ordered a number of tacos, and customised them as available in the app and they all came as plain beef. No cheese, so salad, none of the other filling we wanted. Almost all of them smashed.
This isn’t the issue though. The issue, is that I complained to the management over a month ago and they still haven’t gotten back to me, other than a few automated messages on their confusing complaints site.
A month.
First time trying Taco Bell in Milton Keynes, it was really busy as expected with a new fast food place but that was not the problem. Got home to find 2 items missing from the family meal for four, thought I’d let that slip as they are busy, but then started opening up the food and I actually laughed, the 4 soft beef tacos were like a wrap folded in half with a little bit of beef mince in the centre and some soggy lettuce with nacho cheese. The crunchy chicken supreme was not even a tiny bit crunchy, the nachos well they weren’t even in the bag, chicken quesadilla was ok ish chips were nice though. Won’t be going back

Utterly disgusted by the terrible service. I placed an order on Uber eats for delivery and waited almost 2 hours for it just to be cancelled. Only though after 5 different people were supposed to pick it up. Disgraceful DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!
Poor quality food which was cold, and no ice from the drinks dispenser
Absolutely disappointed, food was ok. However, staff not wearing masks over their nose or mouth in an ongoing global pandemic. Bit awful as such a global business would expect to be able to trust them to have there staff complying with COVID policy.
1st time eating here and was very impressed with the meal my family had.
Very friendly staff and nice and clean restaurant.
Thank you Talbot Green,Will be back ????
Taste is ok but portion is small.
I always experience items missing or not made up as customized.
Poor customer services. I complained bad experiences via website and they gave me one letter after 2 weeks said *We have contacted the management responsible for the restaurant regarding this matter, please wait for a further response * and no reply from management yet.
Not good but not absolutely terrible either...
The drinks were missing, the food was cold and the waiting time was absolutely ridiculous. Expensive for the amount you get and definitely lets expectations down.
With that being said - the taste of the food was ok. Maybe if it wasn't cold and the drinks wouldn't have been missing it would get 3 stars.
This was my first Taco Bell and I will probably not order from again - shame cause it had the potential.
I have had my first and last Taco Bell as there customer service stinks. Missing food and drinks as well as a poor poor showing at what I got. There food is all half filled and not as advertised so if you want something filling and good value this ain't it
Thought i would treat family to something different... and we certainly go it... as to be expected the website for ordering is easy to understand etc etc etc... and that's where any exciting expectation you have stops. Collected our order at desired time, got it home and I would say firstly, of you order a meal in a box from the website, you won't get one, not matter what size of box, forget it, my point being is, on opening the bag, every item across all meals ordered were wrapped individually but we HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS WHAT. There is no naming on the wrapping for the customer to easily identify their individual parts to their meals. So having got over that disappointment, then proceeded to open each item to see if we can decipher the rubbish wrapping. On opening the items, the disappointment just kept on coming. Bit like going to the fast food restaurant with the golden arches... did any of the items look any where near what they looked like on the website, BIG NO NO. My family and stared at the substandard food in the wrapper, then each other, then back to the food. Its like we were playing eyeball tennis as we all couldn't believe what we were presented with. To say we weren't impressed on any level, despite having low enough expectation based on lack of labelling whats what, it really can get worse. Once we'd deciphered the second puzzle of spot your own food, what was on our plates was far from any delight that comes with trying something different. On closer inspection of each meal, discovered that two meals didn't have the items, its like Taco had substituted a few item to look like something close to the item. To be honest I wouldn't have a bloody clue what was what regardless. To try and summarise like a diplomat, wraps cold, limp, lacked filling, chips cold, limp and seemed to have been pulled from a warming cabinet made 4 hours earlier, crispy taco, not crispy but subbed for more warps, bean filling was correct only got one bean. I mean honestly, ok the family got something edible to put in our bellies, but for trying something new, talk about TACO trashing the experience. There really is no apology that can rectify this un-memorable moment in time. Don't get me wrong my expectation weren't too high to begin with, but to get lower than that, has to be a first. As for the place, well, chaotic, staff all over each other, no facemask/protection on any of them apart from 1 or two staff who may have cared, no gloves of food preparation staff. If no one get Covid-19 from this place will be a miracle. I for one won't be going back for 2nds. At this time there are two many variables firstly to rectify the horrendous visual concoction of what they call food and secondly, the lack of protection that individual staff take, or the manager enforces, for us to go back feeling safe about that environment. I have other simple suggestion, won't cost anything extra to their current outlay to make customer experience far superior, but TACO can't afford me. May you be in gods hand if you venture here, don't say I didn't warn you about any of it. Your Call ????, all the best....
FOOD IS COLD
First time ordering SOOO OVER RATED AND OVER PRICED. Food had no flavour and soo little filling and was stone cold when it got to me
So, I’ll get straight to the point. About three months ago, I picked up my first Tacobell order in their Croydon branch while on a day trip. Two bites in the taco, and a WIRE pierced the top of my mouth. Thankfully my friend was able to go to a nearby pharmacy and purchase a pair of tweezers while I waited outside (and trying not to swallow the wire!!). Eventually, my friend took the wire out but it was really painful and uncomfortable.
I reached out to them in multiple ways as I wasn’t getting a response or an apology - I filled out their website form and messaged them through Facebook. All I wanted at the time was my money back out of principle, as I had to throw away all the food as a result of this. Eventually the Croydon Manager emailed me - a few emails later he offered me the option for a refund in-store only while the lockdown was going on. I explained that I didn’t live locally but he refused to provide alternative. This was the cherry on top of the cake.
I wasted HOURS with their awful customer service to get back a tenner essentially - they are so unprofessional that they even failed to do the minimum and process a refund. Please avoid this shop!!!
Tacobell is just love. Don't know what could i have done if I didnt have you.
